| No Hot Water | 1. Check the circuit breaker to make sure power is turned on (switch next to yellow dot in breaker box) 2. Check timer to be sure indicator is reading the correct time. If not, set by referring to the instructions inside the timer door 3. Check to make sure the reset button is pressed in 4. Move the manual operation switch level inside the timer to the ON position 5. If the tank does not heat up in 1 ½ hours, call for service | |
| Pump not running on a sunny day | 1. Photovoltaic module is dirty or partially shaded 2. Clean with water or window cleaner and clear shade | |
